I love my Mexican food and Blue Agave did not disappoint with the Ultimate Chimichanga. The combination of flavors were amazing and it was huge. Chips and salsa were good, but salsa wasn't as spicy as I like it. Good open atmosphere with some outside seating. Give it a try and I think you will enjoy.

Went to get Mexican food at the Blue Agave not knowing what to expect because we were in Scottsdale on vacation! We ordered tostada bowls, shrimp tacos and Sonoran rolls! Got great reviews on the tostadas! The fish and shrimp weren't as good! Service was great though!

Service was shockingly slow for a weekday around 4 pm, and the place was not crowded at all. Happy hour food deals were good, appetizers half off. But had to wait to be seated, wait for drinks, wait to order food, wait for food. Servers were in back room most of the time we were there.
